STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery Handling Fees - Free for orders over $100. $9.95 fee for orders under $100.
This is a complimentary service for all Best Luxury Handbags credit card holders.

Dispatch - We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. As soon as our orders have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping.

Delivery Times - Once orders have been shipped, they are expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days within Metro areas. Delivery times to Western Australia, regional and remote destinations may take up to 7 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Delivery Handling Fees - $12.95 fee.

Time - Order online by 12pm to receive your item the same day in metropolitan areas. Evening, weekend and public holiday deliveries are currently unavailable.

Locations - Available in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney metropolitan areas.

Delivery Handling Fees

The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the delivery location.

Please note that additional fees may be charged if your property is difficult to access, for example due to stairs or narrow doorways.

Delivery Locations - Standard metropolitan delivery available within NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and WA only. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your selected item and delivery location.

Mattresses, Bedheads and Bed Bases - All mattresses, bases and bedheads are custom-built as per order. The estimated delivery timeframe is up to approximately 2-6 weeks. During this time, a Best Luxury Handbags Customer Care representative will contact you to book a suitable delivery date.

Furniture - Made to order from the supplier, with a minimum delivery lead time of 6 weeks. Depending on the brand, a representative from either the Best Luxury Handbags Home Delivery team or supplier direct delivery team will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date and time once manufacture has been completed.

Whitegoods and Large Appliances - Ordered from the supplier, with delivery within 1-3 weeks.
A representative from the supplier direct delivery team will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date and time once you have placed your order.
