After studying Viticulture and oenology in New Zealand, I have spent over 17 years working in some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards and wineries in Australasia.

My focus to learn alongside the best winemakers and viticulturists has taken me to many wine regions, but it was South Australia where I established my eponymous label in 2020.

Taking great care to produce fine wines with purity of fruit, vineyard site, regionality and seasonal expression. I employ minimal intervention winemaking techniques balanced by modern scientific knowledge. LAUREN LANGFIELD

With depth and intensity of flavours, this year's Sauvignon Blanc is the most exceptional wine I have produced to date. Inspired by the Pouilly-Fume of the Loire, this Sauvignon is rich, round and layered- you'll find generous aromatics of beeswax, jasmine blossom, grapefruit and brioche. The cool nights and steep north facing, slopes of this Adelaide hills vineyard site produce exceptionally well flavoured Sauvignon Blanc. This is a wine with precision and depth, texture and mouth filling flavours- culminating in absolute drinking pleasure. Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques for 8 months, with some battonage during malolactic conversion. WINEMAKER NOTES
