Yes, you can. The simplest way to exchange or return an item is to head into your nearest Best Luxury Handbags store with your proof of purchase.

If visiting a store isn’t an option, you're welcome to return the item by post. Just complete the return slip included with your order and send it, along with your proof of purchase, to:

Exchanges cannot be facilitated via post at this time.

Please keep in mind that fragrance and other flammable items can’t be returned by post, but you’re welcome to bring them in-store.

Yes, you’re welcome to exchange a gift in-store. Just bring it in with the proof of purchase, such as your packing slip, and we’ll be happy to help.

Sometimes, if an item purchased in-store is returned to our warehouse or if we’re unable to fulfil your in-store online order, we may need to give you a call to complete the refund.

You’ll be able to choose whether the refund goes back to your original payment method or is issued as a Best Luxury Handbags eGift Card.
