Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. It’s complimentary if you’re paying with a Best Luxury Handbags Credit Card. For all other payment methods, gift wrapping is available for $9.95 per item.
You can choose to have your items wrapped individually or together as a bundle. Please note that some products shipped directly from our supplier may not be eligible for gift wrapping.
Yes. Online orders include proof of purchase in the form of a packing slip so the recipient can return or exchange the item if needed or make a warranty claim. Please note that packing slips do not include pricing information or may not be included for orders shipped directly from our vendors.
Each order can only be sent to one delivery address. If you’d like to send hampers to different addresses, you’ll need to place a separate order for each one.
At this stage, we’re not able to include a personalised message with each hamper.
If no one’s home, the hamper may be left in a safe place. If that’s not possible, it’ll be taken to the local Australia Post collection point and held for 10 business days.
If it’s not collected in that time, it will be returned to our fulfilment centre. From there, our Customer Care team will be in touch to help arrange re-delivery.

You can create your gift registry online through the Gift Registry portal. From there, you’ll be able to add or remove items, manage your list, and keep track of gifts in real time.
No, our Gift Registry service is completely free to use.
Yes, you can. When setting up your registry, you’ll have the option to nominate a delivery address and select a date for a consolidated delivery.
Alternatively, you can choose to have guests bring the gifts to your event, it’s entirely up to you.

Guests can shop your registry both in store and online, whichever they prefer.
There’s no minimum number of items required, you’re free to include as many or as few gifts as you like.
